Which platforms does the Inbox include?

Instagram and Facebook for now, with comments collected from posts, Reels and Stories. LinkedIn is on the way as part of the upcoming roadmap.

Are comments imported in real time?

Yes, Plynky syncs comments through official Meta APIs. When Meta is slow Plynky lags too, but this happens rarely in practice.

Can I reply directly from Plynky?

Yes. The reply is posted on the original comment via Meta API, and the client sees it on the post just like a native app reply.

Can I assign comments to a teammate?

Coming in the next weeks together with co-worker collaboration. Right now every workspace user sees all comments without per-person assignment.
