Terms of Service

• Service: the Plynky platform accessible via getplynky.com and related features.
• User: anyone creating an account on Plynky (typically freelancers or social media agencies).
• End Client: the person or company managed by the User through Plynky, including visitors of approval links.
• Controller: Plynky, a personal project run on an individual basis, contactable at [email protected].

The Service is currently offered free of charge, in an experimental phase. There are no fees, subscriptions or payments. Any future changes to a paid model will be communicated in advance and will not apply retroactively to data already processed.

• To use the Service you must be of legal age and provide truthful data at registration.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe.
• The Service is invite-only (early access): an account created without a valid invite may be deactivated.
• You can delete your account at any time from settings: all associated data will be cascade-deleted.

You agree not to:

• Upload unlawful, defamatory content, or content infringing copyrights or others' privacy.
• Use the Service for spam, phishing, hate speech or fraudulent activities.
• Attempt to compromise system security, perform massive scraping, or abusively automate actions.
• Resell, sublicense or reproduce the Service.

• You retain full ownership of the content you upload (text, images, videos).
• You grant the Controller a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, revocable license, solely to provide you the Service (storage, processing, publishing on your behalf).
• You warrant having the necessary rights on uploaded content and a legal basis for third-party data (End Clients) entered in the platform.
• You are solely responsible toward your End Clients for the processing of data concerning them.

Being a free beta, the Service is provided "as-is", with no guarantees of continuous availability, data integrity or absence of errors. Interruptions, data loss, changes or service suspensions can happen even without notice. We recommend keeping backup copies of your most important content.

To the extent permitted by law, the Controller is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the Service, including data loss, lost profits or reputational harm. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

The Controller may modify features or suspend the Service at any time, giving reasonable notice via email or in-app for material changes. Accounts violating these terms may be deactivated.

Terms may be updated. Changes take effect from the publication date shown at the top of the page. Continued use of the Service after changes are published constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute the consumer User's forum applies, where applicable, or otherwise the Controller's domicile forum.
